For Returns Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Item Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags, original packaging, and documentation. Items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible.
- Refund Method: Once the warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, they will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be sent to the method of payment or any other way approved by the customer.
- Shipping & Fees: Refunds cover the amount you paid minus any incurred shipping charges.
- Order Cancellations: Once an order is processed, it generally cannot be canceled. You must contact our support team as quickly as possible to catch the order in time.
